hi guys !!
....so u got a few layers on ur track, so lets say layer 1 is a vst whatever,(lead) and it has: eq, fx (delay, reverb, etc) some plugins applied, and so on all the stuff u make to ur leads....
SO AT the END, the question is, after u apply all this stuff, do u bounce , record or export that layer into a wave and then delete the original in order to save some pc resources ???? is that ok ? do i get same quality in my sound ?
tnks guys !!
  +vibes!!!

everyones got their own way of working really
i find it best to get the flow worked out
bounce the bass, kick, percs pads and textures
then work on layering, eq and effects and getting your leads spot on...bounce or render these
then go back to the bass kick and etc and rework these
but as i said this is just the way i like to work and am not sure if this is how it should be done
hope this helps

thats a good way to work, but everyone likes different ways. Rendering down to WAV can help save your computers cpu, yes.
Also it can also prevent you from going back into the sound and tweaking it even more (till you don't get any work done) so if your that kinda person it can also benefit you!
If you do render remember to save everything like a preset, leave notes to rebuild it if you can't. and save the midi files of course
have fun!

true that, keep originals. can't tell you the number of times i've bounced something, deleted, and wanted very badly to alter it later in just a tiny way... |

I depends how good your PC is.
I bounce all the time, cause otherwise even flstudio would start crackle and all that after the project grows enough.
It also gives you additional options to work on your audio, you can further put FX on it.Also, being an audio file, you can chop it ,reverse it,stretch it ,you name it.
Also, for me personally it forces to go on.There are moments when one gets loopitis or whatever its called, and you go into infinite mode of "improving" the same loop.Deleting the MIDI forces me to work with all I got and move forward.
Just save your project each time you bounce with a new name,so you would now it is unbounced. That way you can find and change the midi file itself.
Also, try to bounce only one midi track,or tracks with similar qualities. If you later want to put effects on that audio track, and you got several different stuff recorded there, maybe the effect works good for one thing but badly for other.
Also, don't bounce very long parts. My first time I bounced something,it was 8 minutes of different drums and percussions. To my great confusion, flstudio wouldn't let me do that cause "insufficient memory" and all that.
From all the things I lost, that sandwitch cost me most :)

haha me aswell, I guess it's easy to go back to the synth thinking you gonna improve the sound and then messing up the whole thing.
