In almost every party in Israel u can buy this stuff...I'm wondering if it's popular in other places as well...anyway, I think it can be fun if u don't take too much of it...but it sure causes many problems for the party organizers...and that's the part I don't like about it...way too many times I saw ppl fighting about the damm baloons...and it seems to be the same kind of ppl all the time (Shimonim). is it really worth it?

laughing gas is quite commong in belgium, although there are sales restrictions on it and far from all vendors will sell it to just anyone ... it's an undistrial/medical gas, not consumer gas according to the stored
