Any 1 out there serious about producing music? i was hoping for a little advice on a few different models in laptops worth purchasing with a p4 config. Any advice most appreciated....

check out the latest Toshiba laptops.. They offer 2.8 processor speed and very neat laptop that is extremely good for graphic design and audio handling. Rather big hard disk space and a lot of comfi features

make sure it has intel processor if you want to ensure it crashes less. and enough memory. I guess 1 GB of RAM is enough even if you had to change the 2.8ghz processor to 2.4ghz, because in normal laptops there is only like 256mb memory and thats not enough

please help, my friend wants to buy a laptop, he is checking out dell and is interested in this one... is it worth his money... he wants to run cubase on it and make music... is the sound enough?
