I bought recntly a lap top and i have problems with my soundcard since ists external and requires fast HD (7200-for lap top 5400 i guess my HD is 4200?) so i dont know if i shoul buy a new HD or an internal soundcard but i need a soundcard with at least one input for recording, so i would appreciate if some one could help me out or someone using HP lap top? thanks

wich sound card u are using ??? .. and wich is your pc laptop ??

and if u use external sound card .. its bether if its connected via FIREWIRE . and the hdd .. more fast , bether

mine is at 7200 .. but was expensive for laptop f course .. becuase for desktop they are very cheap
