I think it is what you would call a mitra.
I believe it comes from the arabic word ARS which means a pimp.

since i was at a party once and somebody i woke up to s amoke of a red smoke grenade who exploded right on the dance floor i wont be surprised at all...
my heart goes with u huga and the good crowd that i knew who came there... such a shame... such a disgrase...
have a safe sukot everybody ...           I want you to understand that this man at the wheel is my attorney. He's not just some dingbat I found on the strip, man. He's a foreigner. I think he's probably Samoan. But that doesn't matter, though, does it? Are you prejudiced?

I heard about what happened in a party I played in only 20 minutes away from the location of the hat party.

I have to say that I am so sorry about what happened and especially for all the good dudes and girls that were there, participated or not in making the event etc.. I also want to say that yeah - 200 ppl can deal with 10 bastards, and if u need to call the police u call the police, what to do. I would advise those that took pictures to mark the characters that did it and go to police with the evidence.

About the party itself - Hat or not, EVERY party has to have bouncers, at least 4 imo and at least 2 armed. And that is why. Candy u might remember the hat party I did some 2 years ago in the desert, and I brought there bouncers and ambulance. When making a party organizer has to take care of his crowd - hat or sock it doesnt matter at all

Having said that, no one could foretell the shithouse that happened there,.. but in the same breath we all know the area and how many 'good ppl' living just over the corner.

Keep the faith ppl,

If anybody has details or photos on these animals, pls send them to me.
So far we know they are from Or Akiva, driving an American car (probably a Pontiac Tempest either black or grey), and 2 of these animals names: Ami Perez & Nissim.

Pls people, more info such as license plate and photos of them would help.

The chai guy is ok, he just got superficial cuts.
The organizers are donating the money that was left (after covering expenses) to the chai guy. It's not really a compensation, but it's the least they can do.

Another thing, just to let u understand how "safe" we can feel with our police. When the cops arrived and asked the chai guy what happened, he told them he got stabbed. You know what they did? They told him "ok.. bye" and went back to their station.
What a lovely police we have.

Donating the money to the chai guy is very thoughful and we're all glad to hear that he's doing ok, that's most important.

Candy, is that true about the police? If so, that's such a big shame!!
I thought police was to protect and serve the ppl . . . those maniacs.           Live for the journey, not the destination.
