u can drink in the streets but can not ahem ..pff pff
all over u can play music and have parties till the morning , u can have religious gatherings with blaring hindi movie style bhajans ..u can not have a trance gathering ??

^^^ what prompted this ...the news that Hilltop might not be ON this year ...im ashamed i live in a country that still does not care for the rights and personal liberties of its ppl...

1. Same with every other country except for Holland. But come on, we end up doing it in the streets anyways hehe.
2. I thought you knew what Bangalore scenes were like bro - nightclubs shut by 11:30 So psytrance parties are not the only ones being targeted.

It is quite a shameful scenario. But we must remember that we are the minority  Maybe like SC/ST's they should get IT's also - isratrancers hehehe... Frankly i dont think speaking out on isra will help really in a concrete manner, but sure awareness is knowledge ---> power.
If you read dhama walkers post page 2 i think of "is it possible to make legal outdoor parties" thread, you will see that it isn't this genre of music that we all love so much being targeted, its more the D's. Its the extra baggage we carry with us that infact leads to all the issues.
And yes, plants should be legal. How can one classify a naturally growing plant under the banned substance category? it sucks  But India already has enough chaos in it...imagine 1.14 billion stoned Indians walking around HEHE..what fun

well ...while zman says the truth about nature ...why refrain from the others ...do you not take anlgins for increasing ur levels of physical and mental comfort ...why not enhance it ???

hmmmmm... Don worry too much ppl coz there is very less hope.... This whole earth n all the shit is going down the drain soon... just keep partying n expanding ur conciousness wherever and whenever u can ... 2012 is so damn near .... hehehehehehe!.... don u wanna hitch a ride in the spaceships n be rescued from this 3rd dimension ???... until then just be good and spread the awareness as much as u can.... and yeah... wat u say is completely true lesser soul baba... we just have to keep fighting these ppl... stand up for our rights and spread the vibes... spread the msg and gather the tribe n fight it... and keep partying

ur lucky that u can sit here and voice your opinion without anyone putting u in jail!!
maybe put things into perspective and u can see that you have alot more freedom than many other unfortunate ppl in the world.
forget that, there are so many more things to be ashamed about in india than the fact that hilltop is no more and you cant party there!!!

i think you should be happy with india. it has a long way to go in certain areas, but seriously in india I feel like there is much more freedom than in other countries. I live between India and the US and let me tell you in America I definately feel like I have less freedom, much less freedom. So be happy with India man. Come to America and then youll see lack of personal freedom!! |

Whoever thinks that there's no personal freedom in india hasn't seen the true face of india ...
...you cannot compare the scene at the metro's or main party spots...where the whole ban or strict law is concentrated...and decide that we dont have any rights......move away from civilization into a true psy surrounding without any conrete jungles nearby...a psy head would move away from all that chaos to a more peaceful place.....
...and in india you do wahtever you want in private ,throw parties..grow plants, shroomz, corn (ergot),vegetables, fruits....nobody here depends on them blood sucking dealers...70% of india's income is agriculture..something that even cops cant touch....so we should move in with em sc's and st's.... get in touch with the farmers, they'll give you inaccesible land to party and some green too..
its just an idea based on some recent visits to some killagh places...india is too huge and diverse for cops to keep a tab everywhere...but yea goa deserves to be dead for new years when all lauda crowd comes there ....the beat never fades....we'll always be around ....generating awareness...once the younger generation moves into parliment ..india will explode mate....

are u cribbing coz u can`t smoke pot / do nature parties legally here ? .. same as the rest of the world .. and though it is much worse here trying to do a party , is way easier scoring / smoking good pot .. so many villages up north depend almost entirely on that kind of tourism .. i believe the term is quasi legal ..soo , enjoy what u got .. is much better than many countries

i don't understand one thing which is all over the world not only in India..
but as we are talking about india i'll discuss about indian government.
i'm really happy that indian government stops everyone doing drugs and the main reason they want to stop everyone is because it's bad for health and people around.....
this makes me really proud that they are so much concerned about the health of people living in their country...
BUT .
why are they not concerned abt more harmful substances like alcohol ?
are they concerned about only a few people in this country... ?
why don't they ban alcohol also as it's more poisonous than many other things......
isn't a drunkard doing bad to his health and people around him ?
what is govt doing for him to be good to his heath ?
why isn't govt. banning alcohol ?
alcohol is much more dangerous than bhaang.
this shows that they are selling alcohol just for money. i think govt. is just fooling with everyone because the main motto is money not health......
if they can't stop someone taking alcohol {which is definitely harmful} for their profits,then i don't think they have any right to ask anyone to stop drugs...
according to me alcohol is also a drug.
if all the drugs are banned Alcohol should be also banned.
but if it's legal then everything should be legal.
