I will nominate SPIRIT ZONE RECORDS purely on the basis of them releasing
Ooze "Where the Fields Never End" but they also released a lot of other cool chill stuff.
Blue Room Records (was) nice as well.
Also Tip World I like (Mystery of the Yeti series)
Agitato Records.....
Chillcode also (Looking forward to the human blue album)
And of course, of all the before mentioned labels

For 2004 I vote on LSD/Dragonfly, best label of the year.
Ultimae is also great... would be better if they release Chillum 4...  |
