Hellou,
After try all possibilites and waiting/spend long time to fix our situation with some labels. We decided publish on Internet, Myspace blog, the Labels Names (Recordings) that didnt pay and follow the agreement to release our tracks on Past years (2006, 2007 and 2008).
We took this decision to keep fans, artists and friends update about these Labels and Managers that only wants to suck your job.
Our intention its to Publish the Labels REDLIST until middle of Dec.2008, so if you are from any label that didnt follow our agreement and you are reading this, you have until Dec2008 to try fix your situation with us, or your label name will be publish as a not trustfull label.
We are also talking with other artists/friends of us to them start do it too, cause the artists segment must be together to avoid this kind of situation with not professional labels. We dont intend to be rude with the labels, but we are tired to waiting payments and to heard lot of bla bla bla bla from these amateurs.
Word its Word, Agreement its Agreement and Business its Business. And these kind of labels that dont follow the rules/running with lies are a Shame for the Psytrance scene.

it seems a poor kind of blackmail.
very "profissional"
i guess you dont see many stablished artists with this "profissional" atittude, blackmailing labels in isratrance

This is a good idea in my view - if a label is incapable of something as basic as paying their artists, why not name them? |

someone just try to take all the money and forgot about the main reason that he won the money

by the way things look in the scene you`ll be better off making a "good labels " list. it`s easier and alot shorter than the redlist you suggested 
if u dig deep enough u just might reach the sky...

The problem is this: most business in the psytrance music industry is done across national borders for relatively small amounts of money. The "correct" action when labels do not pay is to take them to court... but this is of course impractical; a few hours with a lawyer will cost more than the debt owed in almost all cases. The court of public opinion comes next... which is exactly what Baphomet Engine is seeking to employ.
To be perfectly frank, the psytrance industry has a problem with bad business. This problem exists because everyone is too lax about following up on non-payment... so many labels feel that they can get away with it for one reason or another. The damn thing is, labels that rip off their artists have a better shot at turning a profit and continuing to make releases. This is bad for the scene as a whole, particularly when prominent artists turn away from psytrance entirely because they are sickened by all the troubles they have had. We have lost a lot of talent over the years because of poor business practises in the underground. Not only that, but going public has been very effective in the past--you can look up, on Isratrance, several instances where all problems were solved after an angry post in the general or DJ & artists forum. Sad that the dirty laundry has to be aired... but if it's the only thing that works, what do you expect the artists to do?

Can be a good idea but...if we are going to start making a public "judgement" we should be extra attentive and extra correct in who we put in the stake...always remember that situations always have 2 sides...im very much affraid to point fingers to situations that are not completly clear to me, where i dont know all the facts to produce a judgement.
If you know of some label that failled to "accomplish" his side of the deal with someone you know...have the courage to say no to them in the future even if it means youre not going to release your first song or even if they are "showing you the money"...
Still i see no problem when artists come to public to denounce such labels...

hey, thanks for all words... positives and negatives.
i think some persons got the same point of view and some not, thats normal and real good for all kind discussion.
anyway,
We said that will publish the list on our myspace.. not on isratrance. The israforum was just a way to inform and had short discussion about it.
And well... It isn't lot of labels, will be very short list, and we tried to solve the situation for long time with all kind of possibilities, for example: some labels that didn't pay with the agreement money at the end paid with CD's... we did it with 2 labels this year to solve this situation. But the problem its really with the bad business guys, using another example: we are waiting a payment from a label of a track released in 2006.
Inside this subject we have a question of respect and there are many labels that solve the payment with other purposes, you can feel when a person respect you and your job.
so... me and Fabio are not really interested in recieve what was purpose, bonus, $$$, bytheway if it happens (between this time) good... great. The real intention of this Redlist its to be one way to protest about this very usual situation between artists/labels.
