I'm fuckin pissed off and betrayed when:
-when you spent all dis fucking time to spread your hardest work carefully choosing what words to use and they neither give a shite reply at least, a "no ur a madafunkar and ur music sucka"
-when fake organizers give you fake advices
-when i see ppl MAKE JOINT FILTERZ with my business cards (is my fault ,next time i will do on blank sagomated paper, no plastic card because they can use it for snorting powder stuff) wtf is that difficult 2 take a empty cigarettes box from the ground instead of using ma cards
-when artists say "i don't do anydrugzz in the festival" just to give an elitarian-johncagecansuckmadick-iamanintellectualandyournot impression
and afterwards you see them puking alcool or lsded like fuck
-when u see unskilled djanes in the major lineups because they are female (2+2=)
i mean waddafuk at least if u can't mix just don't leave 30 sec breaks between two records por caralho
I prefer actors on stage actually, they can be playin fake lives but at least their sets got no bad-break
-when relevant ppl talk to you in the festivals like your friends and afterwards don't even give a shit when u need something with them
-when they see you have a 0,0001% of power they all suddenly became your best friends
-when organizers try to scale even more on your poor budget hoping you will play for free because it's chillout
whatddafukk?
(don't take me as an acid bitch plz, dis is the result of months and nites spent on music, i don't fuckin surrender for this shiteborious ppl I have to do it and i do anyway
when i will be in their position i can finger some assholes not like they do now but to the ppl that is actually doing it, plus sand)
it seems that being a cunt is a prerequisite

i never took the psy scene too seriously so it doesn't give me that bitter taste.
there are people in the scene that are amazing and truly honest but they are also people that are rotten.
this applies to any scene.
dont forget tho.. in a scene that is dominated by drug use the quality of it is directly represented from its weakest link.

this sums it up, its going to be hit and miss and you gotta just roll with it. such is life man 
just focus on the music and let the rest take care of itself, or at least if you are going to take care of it be aware that you will get frustrated for this reason:

i understand your frustration man, but it is very bitter-sweet with moments, just focus on your music don't worry about the labels or the parties or gigs... i find the less you stress over that stuff the easier it is to move along in your music path.
Here in the USA every other promoter is pretty much like that... the groups who throw these huge raves can throw good shows with successful income and promotion, which is great and all but the way they got there was MUCH darker, and violent. Basically what im trying to say is through all the frustration let the music shine for what it is. it might take more time but it will be a better avenue to go down in the long run. peace be with you.

If you take pleasure in doing it, enjoy. If your sound is really good, you will play at parties. If you're feeling bad, do your performance and leave the party.
go to beach or mountain with your girll and with real friends. |

The way you layered that down made me laugh a lot lolol.
You did mention a few truthts of winch I identified myself with.
Like most people said here, focus on making the music and don't stay at gigs you don't really like.
Try not to trust or listen to people who try to put stars in your eyes, this is juust a way they have to feed your ego in order to make you vunerable to their wicked scheems.(With your experience on getting fucked you have probably realized this b4)
Be honest and loving but watch out for blood sucking cunts.
And be carefull on what you focus, never focus on success, fame or money, this will take your musical ability away for sure.

It's nice to see I'm not the only one noticing this behaviour
I cared ony about my sound in 3years back.
My opinion is no, it doesn't bring you any gigs even if you are the modern Lizst
In normal life usually if someone don't want to have you around or keep in contact they tell you straight away so you can understand...
In festival life (and i done about 9 dis summer not including small events)
ppl are always behaving like your best pal....we are one and shit like that
Good music doesn't bring you anywhere, so fuckin sorry to say that.
When you see that omnipresent ppl playing revoltant stomach-binding dubstep in a chill-out area
or ppl friends with the stage manager playing just because of this, you realize it.
It's not that I want absolute success, i'd be doing other forms of art if that was my aim.
I just want to have the possibility to travel exposing my music to a wider-european crowd,not doing volunteer and not have to do like spiderman to raise up cash to travel.
