Hello friends,
any one have infos about this 2 limiters ? whats is the difference betwen L1 & L2 ultramax.
Actualy i use only the L1 ,,, but maybe is better to use the L2 ?

I've only used L1 (for mastering). Most people prefer L2 over L1 and some even prefer it over L3. I dont use L1 anymore since if found that TL's maximizer (free!) is better! It doesnt have dithering but the sound is just en general alot less stressed than with L1. |

I use L2 for mastering
for a small limit I use VB Limiter (low cpu and very powerfull limiter)

Ok,, cool thanks adrenal,, 
actualy i try the L2 , he look good,,, the feature "ARC" is very mysterious stuff.
I put my release @ 10ms , the same when you choose the high master res preset into the L1 ultramax.
Any more infos about the ARC stuff ? he choose the release with what ? analize ... inteligent ???? ......?????????

it's not so mysterious
A-Auto
R-Release
C-Control
ARC find the relase time automatic
if you don't whant to use the ARC you can do it manual by clicking the ARC button bellow the release slider
this plug is the new tech of peak limiting and level maximization |
