Which is the best dealer?
e.g. for speed of delivery (to UK address), delivery tracking, choice of products, prices etc.
Any other good record-dealers?

Well Chaos are based in the UK, when I order from them, it arrives the next day pretty much, not tried the others 
 Turn On, Tune In, Trance Out!!!

I use Chaos/amboworld (next day), psyshop (2-3 days) or saikosounds (about a week) depending on how much of a hurry I am in. Occasionally they have different stock, although I mostly buy chillout, so can't say for trance.
The prices tend to correlate with speed of delivery. Not tried the others. I also like to buy direct from labels but those vary hugely from label to label.

I bought from Krembo last month dispatched 27 Mar and I think that has came in today as there's a postcard from Royal mail through my door. Krembo order or it's either of BNE or Hommega orders I made last week. Quite disappointed with that as they were very helpful when I visited the shop, aye once they let me in the shop that is ;-).
Trance-shop took only a few days. They were reluctant to take an e-mail order.
I had a little trouble with the psyshop website but eventually the order went through a few minutes ago using Firefox. IE6 doesn't work for me on their site. They were reluctant to take an e-mail order too. The postage turned out quite low so I hope I'm not in for a long wait.
I only used Chaos once, a few years ago. they took a telephone order and I received day after next which is good for up here.
I think it pays to have a regular dealer. I used to use Diverse in Newport for Downtempo and Ambient. After a few orders they started sending me out recommendation records on loan to try out. Their recommendations always turned out well so I bought the loan records.
Think I'll try Chaos again just for the more instant gratification. DarkHorse
