hello im thinking to buy the korg kaossilator but is good machine or just a toy..??? seemd to be very funny and very cheap =) |

I had huge fun with the kaoscilator, actualy its a great tool for electro/minimal, but for psy..hmm, maybe..but it has its limits for sure..

it has predefined patterns in the first place wich make a lot of fun to mangle..so i would say for minimal its a good choice but for psytrance i would prefer to do my drums on my own..

We have one for our liveset, that's pretty much the only thing we use it for since you can not tweak the patches or anything, just push in the key and bpm and start freaking

its quite great
but look for the kaossilator pro that is allready available and can do much much much more then the little one. i got the little one and is still awsome but really limited compare to the bigger brother
