I sampled ESM and mapped the samples in kontakt and sound great, but i want to add glide, by reading the manual modulators are not inserts nor send, are just dargged to a desired parameter, volume 4 example and i had no result, where shoul i apply thi smodualtion so that i can have glide on the notes, and how could i get this effect im looking, like the glide on ESM or any bass synth?. |

I tried doing the glide effect with Kontakt2 once but didn't manage. I wanted to have glide/portamento only on the notes that overlap. Instead it did it on all notes reguardless of settings. It was a disapointement.
Maybe someone else has managed to do this but I havn't.

same problem here...
i can go to modules and chose from the other section the glide module and can drop it to a certain parameter (volume for example or pitch) BUT there is only one slider??? no parameter for setting up the speed and other parameteres mentioned in the manual???
sampler-maniacs, pls check it out!

i'm no sampler maniac but i suggest you to post this question in e.g. drum&bass forums, where many ppl use kontakt and might have experience with this sort of task. try out www.producer-network.de for example.
good luck, and post your results here if you find a solution, such that others can benefit too. greets. |
