Impossible to find anything similar to Psykovsky and Kindzadza, but you can trace the history of how their music changed and transformed and how this affected the rest of the psytrancer's dimension.
For me the starters of this 'new' style that appeared in between 2004/2006 are Highko and Cosmo, this affected greatly what Psykovsky and Kindzadza had been doing at that time. Followers and students of the new 'age' of this the style worth mentioning for me are Furious, Kashyyyk, Alien mental/Sonik Scizzor, and Glosolalia.
Kindzadza came out of the Parvati style, greatly influenced by Grapes of Wrath, he did his Parvati masterpiece on 2004, he then did his more russian stuff for Kindzadza and Friends for Insomnia in 2005. Around this time Psykovsky influenced by bands such as Fungus funk, CPC, Paresense, and of course his work together with Kdd in Osom, came out with his unique debut album also in 2005.
This Psyvkosvky album has no point of reference, there has been nothing similar until this day, there is no way of even compare it to something of that time or even of this time, what is interesting is that in this album, there are Highko, Matutero, and Osom tracks remixed by Psykovsky. Here already you see this side of Psykovsky, his remixing/fusing side, where he can make out of one track a totally new one, almost as he made tracks with tracks, if you ever saw him playing dj set you know perfectly what i mean, he seems to operate on a bigger scale.
But then in 2006 Highko and Cosmo appeared out of the blue, with this very particular album Highcosmos' 4 real, on the new established Noise Poison label. Full of glitches and pounding basslines, it seemed for me at the time to be a reasonable continuation on what Psychotic Micro and Azax Syndrom had done with this amazing split album for Parvati, called Voices of Madness, that had this uncomprimising metal approach, intense and hardcore. Interesting also to notice how productive they were at this period, they released the Highcosmos album, and then afterwards came the Cosmo's Gravity on Insomnia and then Highkos' first album on Noise Poison.
While this was going on a young woman appeared on India establishing Tantrumm Records, with their first release Freeshly Squeezed, which had a very clear style of music here you could already see Kindzadza and Furious for example. And the came this very curious episode, that lead to the release of one of the most futuristic avant garde cds of all time, V/A Peace for the Wicked in 2006. Incidentally this cd not only is the first release of Osom records, it is also were both parts that have been discussed above met. In this cd you can very clearly see both explorations of Highko and Cosmo, and Kindzadza and Pyskovsky, together with friends and newcomers, such as Furious and Energy Loop.
V/A Peace for the Wicked for me its a massive alien download where so many things were discovered that you still have to go back and listen to it all over again, tracks like Hydrophone or Night flirt, sound as new and crazy as the first they were ever released.
If i have to mention labels for me Insomina Records and Tantrumm Records since its start and nowadays have worked very hard to constantly push the boundary of this music, also labels formed by artist such as Osom and Noise Poison where very important in this development.
And then in 2007 for me Kindzadza was able to sum up all of this knowledge and experience in a very elegant way, with his masterpiece Waves From Inner Space, Osom Records second release, which for me is the most exquisite piece of glitchy/hitech psytrance that you can hear. Also in this year we have Furious' Uncannby Beats, that together with Cosmo's second album called Akustical Pollution, are for me the best works in high bpm until this day.
Also Alien mental appearead this year with his Mindhack on Insomnia Records, an album that seemed to include so many influences and new tricks that is still difficult to really grasp the whole idea entirely. It definitly has some influence from noise poison, it definitly has some influence from the russians, but he also included different stuff like Zik/Horror Place, and of course the san francisco scene which project such as Quasar and Ghreg On Earth.
On the end of 2008 and start of 2009, we have on one side V/A Midnights Share Blosoom by Osom Records, and Psykovsky's Da Budet by Tantrumm Records. Impossible to stay at this time what effect they will have on the scene, the ripples are still fresh. Anyways the Psykovsky album is once again something so out of the ordinary, so unique and so beyond and within of the limits of psychedelic trance, that is very soon to say anything. One thing is very clear for me, Psykovsky could have been a genius in anything, but he chose psychedelic trance, and we are so fucking lucky.
Nowadays for me the true heir of Psykovsky are Glosololalia, Kashyyyk and Alien Mental/Sonik Scizzor. Kashyyyk had many releases over the last year and he will have a few more this year. Glosolalia, you can check his debut track on the latest Magnum Opus compilation by Tantrumm. I also think that Alien Mental/Sonic Scizzor will take the style to a whole different level, specially after his experiments with Zik in their project together called Jibber Jabber.
Also other projects i can mention that were either influenced directly or indirectly are Will O Wisp, Sectio Aurea, Enichkin, even some stuff by Horror Place/Zik.
also for me other essential albums are Derango's Tumult, Quasar's One day, and Ghreg On earth's Sigilweaver
im writing something about all of this, please if someone thinks i missed anything, please add!!

OSOM PROJECT!! Killer!!! Yes it seems that KDD and Psykovsky are the god fathers of this particular style. And I do enjoy them alot.
On a lighter note, I also recommend Terranoise, Highko, Kashyyk etc...

I think the new OSOM (Midnight's Shared Blossom) is so far ahead of the rest of the psytrance today that you can no longer categorize OSOM as psytrance anymore. It's a new type of psychedelic, cyberorganic, cosmic language.
