Killing headroom by low cutting a bass??????

HEy folks. so now thats something i dont really understand.
i was forging some basslines the last days i like
i made a didrapest bassline as far as i could.... here comes the intreesting part.
i made a kick wich is somehow like the original.
a bass wich is almost the same maybe used a diffrent synth...
but the punping effect he had... not one sidechain compressor could let me do that...ok cut my bass. the original has not so much...
if i lowcut the bassline with a fabfilter simplon to cut the 20-30 hz area something strange happen. i cut the lowend and win some rms but my peaks are going up for 3 db or something like that. so definitelly no headroom to win there....
ok tweaking again all the time. no profound possibility. no matter wich plugin i use for lowcut.
somone know this problems?
sample comes later. have ulpoad errors right now.

read somewhere u have to be carefull with the slope of the cut, might create a raise in the sub area, or maybe u change it to mono?
