hellO!
anyone pls help me!
in traKtor 2..
is it possible 2 kill da bass of the first track in deck A , so that me can loop da second one n then fade.. n then roll with deck B...!
n i swear i tried searchin..!
any other tipss would also be highly appreciated..!
p.s. i jus got my hands on traktor a few days back..so plss only stuff for dummies ..

There's a K button and there's also the filter that you can use.

if you change your mixer to wide there is a loop button
with numbers above (1,4,8,16 for how many beats it will loop)

that's a filter... look at the graphic right next to the buttons... it represent the frequencys (from left to right, from low to high frequencys). by doing the L.CUT you can see in the graphic the low frequencys being cutted.
AMNT means the "strenght" of the filter. like if the frequency is cutted in the graphic... if the AMNT is maxed then you won't heard that frequency but if you lower it you'll start hearing it again. now do the same but with max AMNT and lowering the L.CUT. it's a different fading.
just experiment and you will learn
the K next to the (for example) bass is the same as lowering the bass knob but even stronger... K stands for Kill and is what it does. |
