Hi, I want to make a kickroll like this:
http://www.behind.dk/skrot/kickroll.ogg
But I can't seem to figure out how it is done, it seems that the the kick changes speed, but not in steps. Listen to the sample and it will maybee make sense.
Hope that someone can help me out. Thanx.

If you're on Live!, you can use the beat repeat integrated plug-in, it's a bit special to understand, but it's not hard.

The speed just keeps increasing and he raises the pitch as it goes along.           http://www.youtube.com/user/trawhi (tutorials)

in Fl put a kick in your playlist, go to the piano roll, click on the down arrow-tools-arpeggiate. Adjust time mul to desired speed and take out wherever you want it to roll slower...           Upavas - Here And Now (Sangoma Rec.) new EP out Oct.29th, get it here:

The easiest way to get that sound is to put the kick in a sampler and loop it. Then you can just pitch-bend it or use a pitch envelope or whatever to change the speed of the loop. Nice and smooth, nice and easy.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering
