You mean without making a frequency clash.
well you engineer the build up so the kick wont hit on the bass. i think if you listen closely to the example you give, the bass hits between the kick until the crescendo of the build up then the bass is dropped and its only the kick, as there is no room for the bass.
btw cool track.
anyway what i do is that i delete or mute every bass note that will occur on the kick, and leave bass notes only where there is no kick. Also you can play around with note-length, if you make it shorter it will sort of speed up the "feeling" but also leave more room. but it can twist the flow also so it must be used wisely.
btw for the L - R pan trick you better use filter, otherwise its a strange feeling, also often filter with delay, a panning delay will work nice, just make a new channel with a ping-pong delay

shorten the kick
Ohh yeah, this is very important hehe. you must shorten the kick, or snare when you come up to 32th note-length...

Sidechain compression:
In Cubase, Put a Compressor (native compressor) on your bass track. Hit the little sidechain button on the top left.
Turn off make-up gain
Put your ratio at around 4:1
Make your attack as fast as it can go and your release at around 50 - 80ms
Go to your kick channel, in the Sends list on the right, select a slot and select Sidechains -> Channel-> Compressor.
Switch the send on and move the send slider to 0dB
Go back to the compressor on your bass and pull down the threshold till you're getting around 3dB of gain reduction.

its a good Option Chemo , but in my new technic e don´t like to side chain the kick and bass but I can automate the bypass of the compressor in this parts .... gonna try some few ways to discover which is the best option for me .

I usually cut off a little low for a kick roll. The more kicks the more you cut off. You don't really hear it much but it does help alot to keep the level in perspective. Then again I don't make many kickrolls soundcloud.com/supergroover

Well sidechain or shorten and shape the kick by using compression.
Try to find the note on ur kick and make it reach the same note as ur bass.
If its C 125 hz boost on bass and 125/2 =62.5 hz this will be the freq to boost for ur kick. Both of them must act in these range too avoir resonant freq wich can even be possible after sidechaining.
