i always ask myself with which vst you make your psy bass?
i use CronoX and your basses are one of the interesting i heared.

Thank you for your kind words.
I almost always use sylenth for my basslines, but here and there when i want a change i usually go for Dune (a couple of basslines on my 2nd album were made with Dune)

Thanks for this wonderful tutorial.
In Cubase however I don't think it's possible to split the audio track like you do here.
What I can do is select different peaks and adjust the gain, is that essentially the same thing?

I really dont know about cubase, havent got it and i havent used it for years so im not really up to date with it

great tut mate, but I have one question....
when you do command-E to splice out the section of the kick you have highlighted, the sides of the newly spliced clip automatically fade themselves in and out. Is this a setting that you have activated in live? do you know how I can turn that setting on?
