Hi I recently created a kick drum in sound forge then imported it to logic via an audio channel, the problem is I can only place the kick at the start of every beat so I can't double up my kick or arrange it in any other way, could somebody please give me a solution           Progressive, Full-on? Its all good <;}

yes...
use a sampler for crying out loud
that's why you have the powerfull exs24 in Logic.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

hey Pak-Man, thats true =)

also, you should be able to snap to beat/bar/use quantize and put your kicksample where ever you want it, but like Trip- says, use the sampler and it will get easier...

I would second the using of the sampler but for future projects, if you hold down the ALT key while you are moving your object, you can put it almost where ever you want it... Great for movie samples that don't quite fit while it's snapped to the grid. But beleive in the SAMPLER, it's your friend!!!           An Eagle may soar, but Weasels don't get sucked into jet engines.

I dont think u should worry about importing kicks from sound forge. i think logic itself can pull it off. ES1 for instance can create great powerful kicks.           "There are only two things that are infinite, the universe and human stupidity" -- Albert Einstein

or esx24 .,
use a sample with a sharp attack ( a hihat or something ) but make sure there is some space after it.,
then crank up the resonance and sweep it with an envelope.,.,
the esx filter has a nice sound for kicks imo.,
