your bassnotes are most between C1 and C2.
FL is some octaves to high in its representation.
i normally go to the lowest possible bassnote and tweak from there. dont know really what specific parameters to check to go as low as possible there.
its a decision where to stop to go lower.
some semitones higher is always a much easier place to build the bassline but i like the main bass as low as possible.
sometimes a warmer saturator like gsonique x4000 of rbass or things like that can help to get some more harmonics.
but i do that at the end when the mix is almost ready. as it can screw the mix with its added harmonics.
F1 is pretty low bassline for me, most bl´s are in G or A. i never go above C2.

proper ADSR setttings and eq is the key i guess!!
also u can use xbass on the bass to make it sound heavier later. tht is what i usually do if my bass note is on a very low octave.
