last night in my meditation time mosquitos were bothering me and the example you wrote with them ,came in my mind hehe
...those uselles negetive thoughts became a ghosts hidden in the unconcious mind, till one day will come back as a demons with force to push me do something bad ...my fears...like spiritual trashes in the mind...dance with music as meditation comes to clean up those trashes and purify the mind ...lets burn those karma trashes in our spiritual mystical trance flames...
