how do u say kalkar in english i want to get some so i can make mushrooms and other psy art designs from it... its that white, coushiony, petroleum by product that seperates and breaks into a milion little tiny balls and makes a mess of everything. in hebrew its called kalkar... but its not that in english for sure.. anyone know what im talking about?

ok, i'm gonna help you guys a bit here, the stuff you talk about is very bad for nature, specially because of all the small pieces that fly everywhere while you're working on the material.
There is an alternative material (slightly more expensive) that looks the same, but doesn't break into little pieces, it's much stronger (you can attach heavy weights to it, it won't break, just bend and take the original form after a while).
i don't know the exact name but mailed my father for it (they make it at the factory he works at)

ok, you don't want: expanded polystyreen
wat you do want is called:
expanded PolyEthyleen: soft, flexibel, strong, elastic, does not break. looks VERY simular to what you mention, but is much longer lasting. easy to work with using knives/saws
