Sorry guys i couldn't edit my previous post. Im sorry for double posting, i was late to edit my prev post. I just need some opinion. I haven't done anything for loudness,no compression. all im trying to find out if i managed to tweak the freqs properly or not. Because when i play it with the other elements i can clearly hear sounds muddy. Of course i cut freq from leads and etc and bass levels pretty high but my bass is still very passive. K&B peaking in totally different areas and they are in the same key, so i guess thats fine.. am i missing smtng here?

Imo you can do alot with this bass kik combo and what i like in here that they are different (Kik world - Bass world) 90% of the track i have heard lately here need to fish the bass (Somtimes the kik) From the background and here all is clear and take his place - And most important : Each one of them staying dominant And without cover/Bother/Change the other sound - When this is an great thing to do .
But you dont expect ill write you now of somthing who 10 second's , Will be realy unserious . Keep working .. Gain the kik abit down , Put compressor on . Try open the bass more .

Thank you dude. Yeah the kicks quite loud, however comp had a negative effect on this. It screwed the harmonics despite low ratios. Even Rbass sounded too ugly on it, removed it.
See, I wonder if pro artists take their KnB and "master" separately or something. Theres a serious difference when i compare using smaart eaw, i mean their bassline is kinda sitting somewhere in the air as well, you feel it, i mean you see it, its bouncing around, very organic. I think they use some sort of a spatial imaging/stereo fx as well.?? or something else maybe a bit of reverb maybe.. anyway, trial and error is the only way to...

In my projects 95% of the sounds is under compressors so i dont realy agree with you at that point and sure will help you open your sounds abit more (With an right work) There no any connection to the harmony .

no no Rbass sounded weird on particularly this one, otherwise it makes things really fat n thick. i actually got some good results playing with different compressors today. Each brands got their own characteristics i guess. Tnx man ill try xbass as well
