hi all and hoi zämä
i've read the topic "what do u think about the ch-trance scene?" and i just wanted to give some comments, because i'm "a bit" late to write in in the topic...so i start a new one...
i think smoking weed in switzerland isnt that easy...its good in zurich at the "beach" to chill out and smoke shit and i easily can smoke one in the train, and no one's looking at it angry...its tolerated...but the police...uhhh...are very aggressive and also very strong...they threat as u were a little child, burn ur grass in front of ur eyes and so on....not everyone can see things in other parts of the country, this is what i can see, from region bulach
nice weekend

Regarding the consumption of cannabis and hashish, the level of tolerance from sides of the police throughout Switzerland varies greatly. I agree that in the Swiss-german part the acceptance is greater, rather than in the Swiss-romandie. I've (gebuertiger lozarner) been living for three years in lausanne and i'm still shocked how the police goes against people who are caught smoking. I've experienced their "standard" procedures and must say that it is NOT acceptable in comparison to other criminal acts. Of course thc is still illegal in switzerland, but with the knowledge we have now of marijuana, a reform is a must.
Alcohol was forbidden in the States during prohibition... not anymore. It is just a matter of time till thc is recognized not as harmful substance, but as a gift for medical purposes as well as personal enjoyment.
