mongolia?
many southeast asian countries i think....vietnam cambodia laos myamar etc...
a few countries in northern south america....columbia, venezuela, guyana, etc...
would love to hear about parties if anyone has been to or heard of one!

What do you mean by scene?
frequent parties? local artists and djs? or any psy presence (underground mainly)
Syria has no scene at all, nor jordan.
Lebanon has a very small scene.
even in Saudi Arabia there is a small scene, few paki and indian boys are making home parties.. But again, it depends on the definition of a scene. |
