why is it that in the trance world it doesn't seem to matter @ all what labels the artists are signed on..
they just go running around doing tracks for a zillion different labels..

Maybe trance labels don't have the same kind of commitment towards their artists then in other scenes. In other scenes they invest more in their artists and try to keep them.

Because trance has become disposable music.
Listen once, twice - then dump it.

MA I agree It's mostly disposable music... but when u like it... everytime u listen, it gets better... And sometimes u do not like it, but after hearing it 3 or 4 times u begin luvin it
it's quite hard to build a rule about it...
but no doubt it's disposable... after 6 months evrthg is thrash...
About artists jumping around labels, no one better than an artist to tell us about that... where are u guys?

a lot of the artist also wants to release tracks in different styles, different labels. but the most creative artists are usually signed for an album.
