I have a dream...
What if there was a website only for vst psy-presets...
A site where people can upload the pre sets they make...
so if there is any geeks out there with some free webspace and an ich to make a new web site feel free to steel the idea...
If its already made plz let me know ;]

actually, there were a couple sites for that in the past. i believe the users shut them down or lost interest or something. anyway, it would it be nice. |

also, i believe they were for spacific hardware devices, not vsti presets, but i could be remembering wrong. |

anyway... There is no such thing as psy-sounds... The earlier u realise that the better... Make your own sounds and if u think they're good, use them  Any sound can be a psy-sound if u make psytrance with it...
If u really want some stereotypical info about psy-sounds... Use lot's of sawtooth-shit, modulate the hell out of it with LFO's and Envelopes (modulation is optional, but these days it's common practice), don't forget the huge reverb and the endless delay-tail |
