Aight so am buying aMacbook pro end of July *yay*
And Prologic 8...
mainly this is gonna be for screwing around with with "real" instruments like guitar, drums, bass guitar and vox but also will add in some sample and also synthersized sounds etc (we're making screwball extreme grind satanic hate fuelled cyber metal)
I want to know is the M-Audio Axiom 61 an ok midi keyboard for it's price?
I canno' go any higher...

I have the Axiom 25 and I like it.
The knobs suck for Cubase use though. I did hate the knobs but I have gotten used to them. For example they have their uses in Ableton, such as scrolling through your scenes in session mode, quantized clip scrubbing in session mode, and global quantize change.
So far I like the pads and the transport controls. But I don't use the knobs at all for Cubase, just Ableton.
