Junglist VST Problems

hey,
Everytime I make a bass in junglist and play it the bass notes skip once in a while or one note in 32 bars doesn't play...I dont know whats up with my junglist..maybe someone has a fix for this ?

btw iv tryed sampling my bass but the sampled version just doesn't have enough kick on it compared to the vst version. i dont know what the fak is up !

yea someone told me that..is there a way to open junglists patches in hydra ?

I'm not sure if I completely agree with that. Hydra/Scorpion were other VST's released by synapse, but Junglist definitely has a unique sound, and I know a few psy producers that absolutely swear on it. So I wouldnt junk Junglist for Hydra just yet.
There is a thread on psy-forum that talks about people having the exact same problems your having with all synapse vst's. Keep on eye on that one. |

Er... Scorpion is a separate plugin, but Hydra is absolutely the newer version of the Junglist.

They are the same plugin, The same presets should work.
Perhaps there was a code change or something that killed some character of the sound that people are complaining about, but... I'd be willing to bet the difference is all in people's heads....
As far as your last point, yeah I agree... I've used many of Synapse's products, and they are very cool but very unstable. I'll always have a soft spot for Orion Platinum, but I had to give it up years ago after my legal, registered version crashed for the 10,000th time.

I know this bug. And I also thought that when u bounce it the sound is not the same. But I remember I made a fast test bounce, and at the end I used sampled audios.

for starters , hydara is not junglist , evern its same team make it.
it would be like saying that massive is the new pro-53 
now.. u use junglist 3.11 ? if yes , please get 3.12 
if still buggy , i bet u use fruity loops or something weird like that (kiddin , but those two dont like each other)

Ah, that sucks. Well, yeah, I guess loading the last version of Junglist before they switched to Hydra is an option, although that one is probably still buggy.
You could just take screenshots of some of your choice patches and manually program them into Hydra, that wouldn't be too hard. Or since they are named differently, you could probably have them open side-by-side and just visually copy over settings from one plug to the other.
Like I said earlier, a lot of Synapses products are pretty buggy, so... I'm skeptical how stable any version of Junglist will be since it is so old.
