I have a strange problem with Junglist VST under Fruity loops.
I program a pattern and sometimes Junglist misses a note or time shifting it.
Anybody else have this problem?

Yes, the bad sound quality is another problemm of this problemm, i use Junglist 3.
It's not latency problemm.
The notes triggered from Fruity sequencer, not from external MIDI.
I love it's Bass sound and simplicity, but it's sound quality is surely bad.
