This year, Perception is going to be a collaboration of several different crews. There will be 3 equally sized stages specializing in different styles of music. Area 3 will be organized by Psytribe, Pulsar, & Ananda Pro.. In this area, expect a full lineup of PSYCHEDELIC TRANCE, FULL-ON, TECHNO, PROGRESSIVE, MINIMAL, & MORE!!!
Location is still T.B.A.! Expect something outdoor, probably a forest location!
=UNDERGROUND.SOUND=, Psytribe, Pulsar, & Ananda are proud to bring you the 9th annual PERCEPTION!!!
2011 is a new year for =Underground Sound= as we move forward as a productions team; we have a vision of creating stages to alter your perception. We are booking live art, food vendors, international performers and local deejays to showcase the best of the Underground. some one special will be providing =U.S= with three massive sound stages of THE BEST TURBO SOUNDS. The lighting and stage designs will be provided by a local Los Angeles artist. A sweet new, permitted, OUTDOOR venue with plenty of secure parking located ten minutes from San Bernardino, California. __ Max Peterson has been performing and releasing his unique brand of trance music under various project names since 1998. Max was born in San Diego, California in 1979, and spent most of his teenage years in France. He then developed his production and performance skills in California, Mexico, Spain, and every part of the planet with a vibrant trance scene.
Max’s passion for music began at a young age. Max’s father Gary Peterson is a highly accomplished composer, guitarist, and keyboard player. Gary was a member of influential 60’s-70’s cult band “Formerly Fat Harry”. His band played next to legends such as Pink Floyd, Roy Harper, Third ear band, King Crimson, Fleetwood mac, to name a few… Max’s first tracks were recorded and produced by Gary when Max was just 14 years old.
Upon moving to the U.S., Maxx joined the pioneering trance music collective and record store – The Ion Exchange in Santa Cruz - as co-owner and resident DJ. Maxx moved onto DJ’ing in San Francisco, playing for all the Bay Area's trance venues including the trance collective CCC. He also performed at all the underground warehouse and outdoor events in Northern California. Max quickly gained respect for his stomping deep psychedelic sets. At this time he also toured Canada and other cities in the USA. Max's new album, 'Mad Maxx and Co. - Sonic Architects' just released on United Beats Records, and his currently hitting dance floors globally, setting the new standard in high energy psychedelic trance music.

and everyone look out for ghost at the location lol
Agua mansa rd has taken many heads (literally). It's one of those local spooky story spots. Where the lost souls roam  and tigers! there use to be tigers lol (no lie) until they where taken away from the crazy lady. I'm guessing this is where the party is? where the tigers where? Man Kahn you have NO idea how much I'm scratching my head about this one.
I get to go party and ghost (maybe lost tiger soul) hunting lol
this makes this soooooo much more interesting hahahaha

looking forward to it and really looking forward to seeing what MICHEAL LIU has been up too. it's been forever!!!! (why is he never around the psy scene much {outside the bay}) I never understood why he doesn't get booked more)? as I said it's been years so maybe there's a reason??? (and I'm talking PSY scene not other rave scenes or what not) Skank my Pickle there sir!!!! lol That totally doesn't sound right but makes COMPLETE sense |
