As the person responsible for the bookings of this event i would like to apologize in public for the non appearence of Dimitri Nakov.
Dimitri faced a big problem with his flight ticket from Brazil to Europe for which i got informed the very last moment during the party.
I had booked and already payed for him the flight ticket London-Athens-Barcelona-Ibiza and it was his responsibility to book the ticket Sao Paolo-London for which he faced really big problems due to the lack of flights for the desired day and the huge price of the few available tickets that ranged from 1700 to even 2500 euros.
Dimitri informed me on Thursday night that he was on the waiting list for some flights but we couldnt know what would happen till the very last moment and all i could do was to wait for him and see if he arrives in Athens on Sunday early morning hours (around 03:00 if i remember correctly) which was his scheudled flight from London.
Dimitri finally didnt make it and he send me an email that i just checked out since i wasnt at my place since yesterday night asking sorry from the organisers,me and most of all the Greek trance people for his non appearence.He loves Greece and the Greek crowd and he promises to come soon in Athens.
Sorry from Dimitri and my side for all the incovinience.
Hope at least that you had a nice time at the party yesterday with Joti.

On the link that you gave it wasnt the airlines that 'destroyed' that party but the extreme weather conditions that didnt allow any plane to fly from the Copenhagen airport.Sorry but i still havent find a solution to manipulate the weather conditions...
And like i already said i had to wait till the early morning hours to see whether Dimitri managed to catch the Hellas Jet flight that arrived from Heathrow to Athens around 03.00am.When after many efforts to contact him through his mobile telephone that was switched off and in answering machine mode i realised that he didnt manage to accomplish this big flight scheudle.By that time most people (not to say all) were already inside the club so the organisers didnt find any point in reducing the entrance fee price with which i also aggreed.
Like i have said in the past organising an event is not an easy task and some times things like that happens.

that's why if you are in this job you have to be professional,to find solution in these difficult matters ... not just let the people pay the damage...
You 'll tell me that you are not organised these events , you are just reasponsible for the bookings... but either you want or not your name is involved cause you promote these events here...
Finaly I have to say that I believe that things could be as you are telling to us and that there was nothing you could do...but please don't do it too often cause in that case you 'll might be innocent but not reliable any more

Movek i tried to find a solution and replace Dimitri Nakov with Edoardo from Neurobiotic Records who was playing in Crete but unfortunately it wasnt possible for Edoardo to come and play also in Athens due to the fact that the earliest flight from Crete to Athens was around 06.30am and there was no time to make it.
Secondly i dont think that someone that promotes an event in a forum is responsible for the particular event.I mean if i advertise and promote a festival like Voov or Full Moon in this forum and something bad happens to one of these festivals then i will be responsible for something?Certainly not.
And concerning my reliability i have booked artists for more than 100 events all around the world in the last 4 years and i cannot remember more than 4-5 events where something bad happened with my bookings.I guess a 95% makes me reliable enough.I mean in the whole Trance Alliance era in around 30 events with more than 80 artists appearing only ONCE an artist didnt appear which was Menog at an event with Sun Project and Haldolium,please correct me if i am wrong.
In any case please accept mine and Dimitri's apologies for this incovinience on yesterdays event.

...if you people be not sure about what realy happened I think it is not fair to criticize...anyway maybe last party in you club,the place seems to be not welcome anymore...
About Joti,very happy to see /hear/listen/talk with him after 2 years!!!
mabye he changed a little bit his style but still remains joti,I had a very nice night with old friends !!!

For those asking nothing happened to You Club yesterday but in order for nothing to happen also in the future the Space Frequencies team decided not to host another event there,hope people understand what i mean

Look Mr Detox,
always some Live performances or DJ sets are cancel but never the prices in entrance changing....Why Mr Detox and Mr Organizers???How much money did u all won from this event???And now u tell to the people that no more party from them??Why???Because who WON enough money huh????
CONGRATULATIONS to you,to organizers who let people pay 25 euros in entrance to hear only 2 DJs (and possibly paid the one-Joti) for paying 10 euros the small bottle of beer,for paying 5 euros the small bottle of water....Have a good time to your vacations in Hawai or India or anywhere else will go with the money you earned.....
And Mr Detox,please don't try to be smart and cover the situation as always do by saying lies as u always do AND DON'T GIVE ANY F.....G ANSWER.OK????

the only nice in this party is that i speak with joti after 2 years,and remember the old partys at 1995-6-7 that we do.when nowone detox was there.today the party is for sit.and evry party is warst than other.
im a dj and i have free for this event from 3 people,and at last detox make me pay 50 euros for me and my friend.BUT my beuatiful girl get in free.??????i think someone is love with her??????and do evrythink to have her.and when i make partys before a year all of this "organizers"come any time they whant and getin free.
guys if you whant to make good partys make it.but dont do this sit.ok?wy all the time the party organaizers was out of the place at the parking?because the whait for the police and they don what to "pay"them.
at last thik about the people that suport you's event.......

no shit dinos \ i dont know about this party/i pay in all the parties which i dont care .in stead of all friends which i will see you there in a few days . in the land of the fox / i would say its not detox falt he justs bookes the djs ,he doesent havethe list but any way no one remembers you when you do parties and you stop . the people are so fired that they only hear any artist coming and the care from that point. nikos started with his first party in 90 at a special point which is a mystic spot we were all mystic from before in are lives which combined the goa music but we all secret this music / every 1 say nice nikos is doing a party in the fox land and every 1 says bravo ,if he does not play or do a party for 6 month you seen nikos who cares only when they see a flyer the people go kookoand after kalos ton i thate/ im giving you a perspective how much we old people care about the new psy funs with what they say /reading some 1s life is like reading a book but for people to get there kalimera / so dont care dinos its not the organizers falt , for me you should have found detox and ask him to try and do something he is human he would have done something about that .he is notwhat every 1 makes him , i dont know him but i say its the people that make him in to a booker antichrist by saying so much shit not only about him, i was out of the country for 4 days doing a contract with a label and when i came back this guy came a sayed that yesterday some 1 told him that i was getting in volved with his bussiness , yesterday i was in the airoplane and i came 5 in the morning , the guys freaked out , so you can tell the people of the trance dance experience \ |
