Jetlag Productions presents a massive progressive trance event in Athens on Saturday 9 of May @ Shadow Club with special guests the scandinavian masters Atmos and Emok.

Born in Poland but raised in Sweden Tomasz Balicki has established himself as one of the leading progressive trance acts around the globe under his Atmos project. Since 1996 he has been producing smashing hits such as Klein Aber Doktor and The Only Process and legendary albums such as Headcleaner and the 2nd Brigade which defined the progressive trance sound of our days. With releases on the best labels of the dance music scene such as Ministry Of Sound, Perfecto Records, Spiral Trax and Flying Rhino and with the support of the biggest djs of our generation like Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk, Danny Howells and Armin Van Buuren he has joined forces with Spiral Trax and just released his bright new album Tour De Trance. His appearence in Athens is an event not to be missed.

Emok is Mikael Dahlgaard from Denmark and is one of the founders and the headliner of the world famous Iboga Records. Since 1995 Mikael is touring the world with his memorable progressive trance and progressive house dj sets establishing himself as one of the leading Scandinavian djs and producers. His mixing skills and music taste are second to none and he is constantly in high demand all over the globe from Japan and Brazil to Europe and Australia. Emok is also one of the masterminds behind the Phony Orphants project along with Jeppe Ornkilde and their music along with the rest of the Iboga Records releases is getting high praise and support from the likes of John Digweed, Sasha and Hernan Cattaneo.

Born and raised in Athens Steve is an active dj for more than a decade and the current label manager of Rhythmetic Records plus an official dj of Harmonia Records. With countless appearences in all major clubs and events all around Greece and a perfomance in the famous Love Parade 2006 he is one of the most well known figures of the greek dance scene. No matter what your musical preferences are Steve has suprises for everyone so keep an eye on him wherever he plays.

A passionate music collector, skilled piano player and a certified sound engineer Niko S is the man behind Under The Tree Productions where one of the most well equipped studio in Athens belongs to. After releasing his debut cd single on High Fidelity Records and his first vinyl release on World Is Mine Records he felt that he had even more to offer to the dance scene and thats why he started organising his own events. If you are into high quality progressive trance music then Niko S is your man.

The event will take place at the renovated Shadow Club (Ex Candy Bar) located at Aristofanous 11 Street, Psiri area.
Date of the event is Saturday 9 of May and doors will open at 23:30

Surprisingly though, its main everyday use is as a vocative form of displaying one's befriending: "Yassou re malaka!" (in the same way that Australians use the word "bastard" and the British use the word "mate"). |
