Japan hotels?

Ok this might get deleted but thought I'd ask here anyway...
my wife and I are going to visit Japan in March/April in 2010... We're going to visit Kyoto and Tokyo...
Was hoping you might be able to reccomend hotels that are ok to stay in and good location wise for around $140-180US per night?

there are lots of hotels in both cities some as low as $30 a night so I am sure you will be able to find something good

Love hotels are a great option - if you can get in after a certain hour and pay more or less half price...it's an awesome option if you're comfortable with it!
