Hey everybody, lets start a southern california ride-share thread in this party thread.
Gas prices have been cut in half since last year, the road trip from LA should only be $150 bux or so, depending on what you drive. Gather up the homies and lets get squirrely in the bay area!

The state of a system in which an abnormally large vibration is produced in response to an external stimulus, occurring when the frequency of the stimulus is the same, or nearly the same, as the natural vibration frequency of the system.
UltraVioletCarnaval and RawHeaven are proud to bring back the Resonance Gathering. Last year was fun but this year will be even better… How you ask… better sound, better venue, better environment, that’s how, with a full Chill and Psy lineup.
As a bonus, we thought that it would be a great idea to have a potluck and watch movies as well as catch up with friends … Yariv will be hosting Potluck and Propaganda, which will be from 6pm until 10pm.
Potluck and Propaganda
6pm ~ 10pm
Come early for a community potluck dinner followed by a 2-3 hour presentation on the big screen. The program will feature revision 2 of the Internet classic movie “The Pharmacratic Inquisition” (pharmacratic-inquisition.com) which investigates mythologies and symbolism related to astrology, religion, spirituality and shamanism. Free before 10pm. Bring a dish or drink to share.

Potluck and Propaganda, from 6~10pm will be free. At 10pm we will begin collecting $20 from everyone.

I just found out about it. It's about 450 miles from behind the Orange Curtain, but I might be able to make it.
Yes, let's cheer the ever lowering price of gasoline.
900 miles divided by 19 miles per gallon times $1.80 a gallon equals $85.27. What a drop from last year's $250.00 to Gemini and back! I only know how to make cheese cake, and there's no cover if I get there before 10 PM? So it is certainly affordable to make the trip up there, especially if I share costs with someone(s).
Hey! Take me, I'll kick in for gas. I can also do or help with the driving. I am a professional.
