Hi i thought a new thread for this release

Release Notes

On the flood plain where James Murray grew
up, twin rivers rose each winter fed by rainfall from nearby Welsh mountains. Breaking their banks they swept over pastures and hedgerows, tore at the fabric of the land and isolated remote villages. It was here, in a makeshift studio on high ground, that James began to explore sound using scavenged instruments and homemade electronics.
Floods returns to that landscape; an acknowledgment and celebration of the destructive and regenerative power of the waters. It is also an attempt by the artist to reconcile with his personal floods, those mental waters that rise to submerge the will, that can at times be opposed and must at others be allowed to overwhelm.

Just got an email from Mr. Murray saying my copy's in the mail. Cannot wait! One of my favorite artists on Ultimae.

Ordered, after Where Edges Meet I feel obliged to support James Murray in whatever he does.

I did have a couple of listens over the weekend, streaming from bandcamp. I like it a lot.

Very different from Where Edges Meet. No beats. But beautiful ambient aqua-themed music.

Got this in the mail finally. It's superb! Way different than his Ultimae release though.
