Found a guy in Athens that makes custom pedals on order!
Here's what the Tube 72 sounds like.
Regarding the square wave, this pedal is the best from the other two I have (ProCo RAT2 and Big Muff pi Bass).
Some extra gain would be nice to completely nail the sound. This pedal was a friend's...gonna order one with MOAR gain http://soundcloud.com/martianarts

sounds pretty nice but a bit expensive, i see them here for 220 euro, proco is new 90 euro and passing by 2nd hand for half of that.

can t listen proper.. but why you like it more than the other 2? frequency range is more open?
220 if it sound neat is still not that much for what you get imo when you compare to plugins price or hardware like culture vulture ..
you can also probably replace the tube to have even better sound depending what is used

I don't like it more than the other two, but the noise levels are much better. Actually I prefer the other two as they have more gain on input and distort nicer, sound brighter and the Big Muff Pi Bass has a lot more bottom end with the Bass Boost circuit engaged.
