hi u all 
i realy wish to share some thoughts about a live set with a pc and an oxigen 8 midi controler usb
1 question - can i assingn the knobs on the oxigen 8 to like subtraktor filters for example?
2 - question - anyone tried oxigen with reason does it work well and real time??
3 quesytion - does any one used audiophile 24 96 in live sets or in home to say me if it has any problem recording at 96klhz
4 - question =how to organize a live set i mean , how i ll mix a track with the next one with reason cubase sx and the oxigen 8?
is there a way to mix all tracks real time using all controls of the track? how u artists organize a live set in the pc??
please share your coments

maybe you can try doing so by running two cubase copys outputing them to two soundcards outs and mix those out of the pc...

1-yes
2-reason & oxygen8 have nothing to do with latency:
if u have a strong box - u'll be in realtime.
3-M-Audio have always had cards that do exactly what they're meant to.
4-not all the artists do live sets with unmastered trax- most record tracks on CD/MD/DAT/Vinyl and mix them with a regular mixer.
now...mixing live is an art of improvisation. this means u need to have a complete control ovewr your sounds, don't forget this.
one trick (there's at least 6 i thought of):
create "transition" CD/MD/DAT - put ambient/pads/sfx samples from the corresponding tracks in the order u need to play, on the act iteration:
play your n-thtrack,
mix it with the n-th MD track (during this load track n+1 from the computer),
mix track n+1.
