I have used IT. It's a nice little geeky program. It works on MS-DOS and Win95, Win98, only till Win98.
On WinXP and other systems, you can use the old MS-DOS programs, with the help of a small utility called DOSBox. 
Way back in the 90's, I believe, some of the early Shiva Shidapu stuff was made on IT. IT and FT (FastTracker) were pretty famous in those so called "Mod Tracking Days". There used to be some good goatrance in those days... <sigh> ..
I wonder which artists have used IT or come from the tracking background .. I know, I have used it .. and so has Misted Muppet .. Shiva Shidapu too .. hopefully more ..

i uz it to befor ...ammmmmm..like 6 years
i work with it like 3 years and i want thet progrem cuz i want to see if i rememeber how to uz it ..and if heve ther good stuff |
