B)You can vote ONLY RELEASED stuff from January 2011 to December 2011.Anything unreleased,older than January or future releases scheduled after December will be deleted or ignored with no further notice or explanations.
C)The users can vote in any or all the categories of this poll.The ideal would be for a user to vote in all categories but a user has the right to skip a category for his own personal reasons.For example if someone didn´t visit a festival this year then he can skip the Best Festival Of The Year category.
