The time has come to face it, we have been too nice with moderation and the results are pretty much chaos allover the forum. This will not stand any longer; necessary actions will be taken to counteract this phenomenon. 6. NO OFFTOPIC – no jokes, no wise-ass comments, no btw comments, nothing off topic – I hope I’m clear with this. 5 off topics will result in an automatic BAN.
7. USE THE SEARCH – it is there for a reason, use it! Users will be marked and monitored for repeated misuse of the search system, repeat offenders will result in an automatic BAN.
8. NO MULTIPLE NICKNAMES – users will now be closely observed and their IP’s double and triple checked by ARAFELA. 1 user per IP, otherwise both users will be BANNED. We realize that some of the people who are sharing computers will be hurt by this, but there is no other way.

RULES 9, 10 are for Artists and Label’s only:
9. ARTISTS – Your new criteria to receive this status is releasing a full album, no if ends or buts… special cases like will be considered if you are willing to do favors for us and our team. You need to earn your blue status; it’s not a given Godly right.
10. LABELS – Your new criteria to receive this status is releasing a QUALITY release! Too many labels as it is, we need to put an end to this nonsense. Only Labels who have been around for more then 2 years may get green status color.

Consider these your “Bill of Rights” if you will. A much-needed addendum to the loose guidelines we already have. I am purposely posting this here so people can read it and take it in. we will add this to the FAQ and regular registration process on 7/APR/05. It’s very simple; when you respect us we will do the same back. This forum is a privilege and not a birthright of anyone.
