I'll PM everybody and set a date and get the DJs together. Is everyone cool for a weekend in late July?

Late July is great--it'll be a birthday party for me.
Hopefully I'll have the new blacklight banner I'm working on finished by then and I can bring it along.

ima n00b; first post.
Love the energy, will keep up on this.
I will help in the ways i can help. i have
technical (EE/CS) skills and practical knowledge in many areas ;-). I'll keep checking my company's dumpster, but if anyone has access to random parts/lighting/whatever and wants to throw something awesome together for the party, let me know.

OK this is getting a bit messy. Seems most people on this forum are involved with some party and the busiest party season is July, August, September.
If I'm providing the sound system then, July 29, 30, 31; August 5, 6, 7; September 3, 4 are not possible.
That leaves July 23, August 13, 20, 27, September 10, 17, 24.
Hikari's choice ofcourse has more weight because he's the moderator. Everyone please say your preference so we can fix a date.

hey has anyone thought of doing it at yoyogi park it would have to be a day party (cut off at 7:00 pm) but most weekends there are some good shows down there and as far as I know it doesnt cost too much to rent the stage there |

Ken, thanks for the consideration.
I am good for any dates in september.
Due to the type of work i do(distribution of trance) i have to go to a lot of parties in the summer...
Well i would love to do the party outdoors, but i wouldnt mind indoors either. Just a place where we can finally meet each other. |

july 22-24th is the solstice music festival
august 13-15 is the mother sos
august 20th is the psy lab/disco valley records party as well as the sirius summer blast.
september 23-25th is the vq gathering |

Hi Trojan,
There are 2 - 3 parties on every weekend from now until October. Some people like the parties you mentioned others dont. So many people on this forum seem to be connected to a party. If I think about this too much I get a headache and we cant do a party until Winter.
There are 2 choices...
September 9th in club in Tokyo - will cost about 2000 yen per person (expensive drinks though)
September 23 at a campsite in Yamanashi (first night of a 3 day party). Will also cost 2000 yen per person. BYO drinks and BBQ.
I'm an outdoor party person and I'm not interested in going to VQ this year so I prefer September 23.24.25.
Let me know what you guys think.
