So,
speaking to all the realistic dreamers: Who wants to participate in forming the organisation team for the mysterious Isratrance chill gathering in the Sikkim mountains (or somewhere else?) at the beginning of 2013?

That would be great, but it will be mythos for me.
Commitments here at home mean I won't be leaving the country, except for family holiday - which is planned to be Thailand around March.

But if it becomes reality then it'll be stuff of myth. 
@DjSchofield, flights from Kolkata to Bangkok are cheap and convenient, so if you're coming that far maybe you can make it to Sikkim too? It would be Kolkata - Bagdrogra flight and from Bagdogra - Gangtok (Sikkim) by bus.
I'm in the same boat with family holidays , so dates are tricky. Also if we do this it should have to be chilling in comfort, no hardcore roughing it out kinda thing like it happens in Himachal. Jan - March is all off season anyway.

Yeah, Europe would be okay too. We should first vote for the continent. Right now Asia seems to equal Europe. Let´s collect all opinions. |

Europe would still be hard for us north americans, but not nearly as hard as Sikkim (as amazing as that would be), so my vote goes to europe over asia. somewhere in/around the Caribbean would be fantastic, though... I would honestly do whatever I could to make it no matter where it is
how about the Azores?

asia would be nice - but many would not come - what about gomera? - canary islands - already many ex-psypats there. that would be agood ground...
or malta, greece?

Okay, seems like more people are pro Europe. So, we should start figuring out the optimal country in Europe. I would suggest Germany, the region between Hamburg and Berlin. Some festivals happening there, why not a chill out one, too? Easy to reach (near Hamburg and Berlin) and nice clima in summer. But we would have to postpone the party / meeting til summer 2013, which - for me - would be no problem. |

I am ok with Germany or any other country especialy some south countries like Greece or Cyprus. I have been there lots of time and some parts are pure heaven in summer. Germany is probably most accessible for anyone who is coming out of Europe.
