For me "underground" doesn't assure always quality, cool and good music.
The "underground" thing is where most of the non comercial styles are born and just another way in the hole mainstream.
And generating bad music is not only an Israelien thing, is just logical. 
Otherwise asking the topic i think can help the state of "war" against Palestina (the fear involved in) and to listen psy trance or full on such as kinda hard music, in the sense of making everyone to feel stronger. 
Eo i don't wanna mean Israeliens only listen full on, but they are one of the largest worldwide communities.

well they got some nice artists but some cheesy and bad things as well.. but still I think Israėl is the biggest psy country, but not best.. besides who cares where it is released, as long as it is good its okay |

sure wen i heard my first psy track it was:
Infected : psycho
but only a few them from israel tht make diff music.......otherwise the rest i think all sound the same......no grind in the track.....just toooo much fluff goin arnd
though the older artists the r much better and full respect to them......
u wanna hear grind and hard and real psy i say its all comin out of russia,france,orebo,scandinavia
these guys are killin the world apart......full underground power just how psy parties r to be
