what happened in the Shpongle event?
the Infected Mushroom event in Ganei Hattarucha was really great - it was more like a concert, so maybe this event will be the same

Some updates for the Juno Concert..
these are the details as i got them..
The concert will take place in Palmachim Beach, on the 17th October, Monday, Erev Hag Succot..
Lineup as follows..
Doors open @ 9PM with
JUNO LIVE WILL BEGIN @ 12!!!!
* UNWIND - launch of Com.cat records new chill CD
* B-WICKED (live) - Talented Bertin Katz in a special live set of his B-Wicked Project (BNE)
* IYAM (live) - DanceHall Raggae Dub experience
* YOUTH in DUB - Psychadelic Dub Experience, Youth is one of the original founder of Dragonfly records as well as renowned producer, and member of the legendary "Killing Joke"..
* JUNO REACTOR (live) + Amampondo - A special blend of Tribal precussion and acrobatic abilities of Amampondo with the magical music of Juno.. for a killer live act! act also includes live Guitar and Singer appearances..
* Astral Projection (live) with Knessiat Hasechel - live of Astral all time greatest hits, and special appearance of Knessiat Haschel for performance of their new track 2gether...
* D-CLOCK - Special live act with a Drummer, Precussionist, performing the new Night Sound of D-Clock (DJ Miko & Roy Sela)
* GMS (live) - Banzi and Riktam with new sounds from the upcoming new album..
* DJ EXTRAVAGANZA - All the DJs on one stage will each play one of their favourite tracks..
* Danny K - Grand Finale!
* VJ Aviramos - special visual live action from one of Israels all-time top VJs!
from what i hear the organizers are doing all it takes to make a high quality event, and not another maschara...

In the shpongle party, there was last minute problems with the police and the original location, they wouldn't give permit to the event, and the event was moved to a place in Holon which didn't have enough room and air-conditioning for all the people, and acoustic problems in the place... well i think choosing Palmahim Beach is a great choice, a perfect location for large events.. |

the truth is jomajo that after u mentioned that the party is gonna be in palmachim beatch i have second thoughts after coming there, cuz we all know what kind of crowd is usually u get in palmachim, not that i'm saying it's an underground party only for good ppl etc but that place brings my memory some very scary flashbacks in my mind...
