So here you go Beat Agency and Filter......
what is Isra to you?
for me it's a place to discover new music, share ideas, learn and laugh with like minded souls. It's a place for me to express myself both personally and representing my country and knowledge to share. I was away for a couple weeks as always but this time it was for some very shitty reasons and it feels great to come back and vibe with people who resonate the same.
my issue is this....what was so bad about the Skazi thread? (other than it was in the wrong section) we learned who E-type was and also we learned that Skazi should be up for video of the year  My point is that the topic wasn't filled with hate, people's post weren't I mean we all took the time to watch it right? (I've watched it many times hehe) I feel like the thread of UGLY album covers is worse and has far less value then promoting Skazi's new video yet that has gone on for how long?
I can guarantee you because of that thread Skazi is going to get a new fan or two (is that the problem?) and he should why not. people who like it won't publicly say it maybe but they still will like it. you never know who is watching/reading and it's impact on their lives.
Like that goa gil post it raised a very interesting point that I will start in a new topic that is VERY valid in peoples thought process and views. for now I'm fighting for Skazi that's right Skazi
you see life has been shitty and I came back here and this week I found some really "Killa" hehe music (following 6 new people from here) and I also enjoyed some laughs. no I learned nothing technical and I didn't read or write a post that moved me up the ladder of spirituality titles but I did learn,enjoy and was inspired and I hope I brought that same to someone even if not the intended person.
so what is isra to you? this isn't an attack I just don't understand. Skazi and IM may not make "PSYtrance" anymore but you cannot speak of the history and leave their names out so why should we not respect that and watch where their paths go. if not for anything other than learning what to do or "not do" hehe I mean what is so wrong with sharing their new stuff? even if it is to have a laugh. I know it's still up and can be viewed and I know that people here can be mean and it could go on forever, it just feels personal. the Skazi and Goa Gill topics struck a nerve with people as if nothing else is going on here which is CRAZY because people are posting interesting stuff everyday. did you get that TWizack Mix?
in the movie section there is a topic about Salo. there is not a single positive response to this movie. most didn't even finish it well I'll publicly say I've not only finished it it's in the collection. it's not my favorite it's a little boring but the point is someone thought it valid enough to post it even though everyone hates it and the topic remains for more people to post their opinions. which is what people did with Skazi.
I don't care about Skazi I do care what this place is to you all because It kinda feels like church and that's not cool at all

Once more, even though it doesn't make sense any more and don't worth mentioning it again.. but all that topics, about Skazi&Goa Gil weren't "productive" in a way.. they first didn't lead us anywhere, and second its [Trance] .. it doesn't fit anyway.. but I see forum as a free way to share your mind, so for me it's okay if u open thousands of Skazi and others topics, just want to share my opinions with you all and learn from each other about this culture, and maybe try make things better in this scene!

Please be more moderate on the moderation.
After all there is a I Hate Lady Gaga thread that has been up for some time without being locked.
So please explain why it is o.k. to hate Gaga but not Skazi or Gil. Personally I like her music much more the either other combined.

for me its not about the topic itself, its about the behaviour of people after every point has been discussed. suddenly everyone gets bored, offtopics posts start, the discussion looses value or appeal to the more interested, and then we are stuck with another topic that we have to clean up surgically to be able to make sense out of it.
skazi and goa gil have many many threads. if you want to add something new, just find an old thread and post something again. no need to open a new topic. we are not against hating or loving, we simply dont want to watch out for a million topics that discuss the same thing.
lady gaga is more recent, therefore, it makes sense that is being discussed now. but you will not find more topics about here, its just this one. and trust me if for more appear they will be treated in the same way.
i personally think its ok to hate gaga or skazi or gil, no problem with that. but if you are gong to post about it, first thing make sure the topic has not been discussed, check if its its the right section and then please make sure you post a coherent topic that people can actually discuss, not just LOL and a link.
i think this is a forum where discussions should be more than just a lolpic. i think the forum should not be treated like its a facebook wall. discussions should be a little more deep at least. and i also think there is a wave of negativity, nihilism and bad vibes that we should watch out for, this topics are very unproductive and dont really give the best feeling when people start throwing shit to one another.

There are 2,203 active users in this forum, the "Skazi" thread had 23 different user post and "Gil" thread had 16 different user post. How has every point been discussed or even the value been determined with numbers like that?

But if there are already topics opened with the same topic then debate it there.

This is the general trance area of this forum thats not specialized or limited to one class of things other than trance. If Chemistry wants to make a thread asking if anyone noticed that a washing machine makes better trance music than the nails-on-chalkboard sounds of some so called psytrance of today, he can!

There are over 150 pages here! That's like 7,500 thread titles to check in on just to see if there is one open, not our job. Why does Filter want us to do it for him? Who has the time to read past the first 2 pages in this forum. There is a search bar on the main page of every section of this forum, that's why its there, you type your subject and if it doesn't come up then make a new thread. I will demonstrate with Skazi once im done with this post how the search works. I will make a post in every result that shows up.

Im not saying its the way to go("Please be more moderate on the moderation") then again it doesn't matter to me how many repeat threads there are around here. After all there are over 3,000 threads alone talking about trance but you get all upset if there are 3 Skazi threads. I was just showing that those threads were productive in simple terms without being bias.
