Did you stole the image of the other web site or you designed that aswell? is exactly the same.

It appears the self-proclaimed "one ofd the most important designers in Mexico an Latin america" used flash templates to create his new website

Be carefull with what you write, using a template for a website isn't illegal, nor a copyright infrigment... a LOT of people do it all the time, that's what templates exist for...
Ofcouse you wouldn't expect this to be done by a graphic designer...
I still have too see proven that ismerai steels designs.

Im not saying he should go to jail..........
Im just saying is not that artistic to use somebody else graphics even if its legal, downloading images from the web in everthing you do is nothing to be recognized, here in Mexico there are killer designers like Psychedelicious or Golem that work very very hard to make what they do.
I think we have to be careful to know who are we going to support or not... I think even if there is permission for using the graphics thats not an artistic job thats mediocre. |

Rik was right, lot of people use resourses to not spend time in his works ands its totall legal.. and i can tell you that designers that you tell also make the same... i see that psiko delicious dont make his own renders!! check here are renders use uin his flyers as: mikology, metagenesis, angelae, and more, and also a link of art that he was inspired for his flyer on hypercore just see by yourself....
