Hi to everyone on the news list and here is an update for may 2011 for Ishq and Virtual.
New release = Ishq - Skyspaces
Virtual has just released the first in the Virtual light series of releases by Ishq and called 'Skyspaces'.

' Skyspaces ' by ' Ishq ' is the first release in the ' Virtual light ' series of limited edition cd’s which will all place an emphasis on space , light and minimalism rather than the more complex and detailed soundscape style of the Virtual world series.
Skyspaces as a work is inspired greatly by the open sky and its ever changing dreamlike quality and the album was written to capture something of the nature of the sky as it changes over a 24 hour period but also to invoke in the listener deeper meaning and an inner stillness.
Skyspaces is in a sense a twofold work.From one angle it can be perceived as a simple meditative series of drones or 'clouds ' in the classic ' ambient ' style but deeper listening on headphones in particular will reveal hidden depths and layers and invoke a more complex inner landscape to the listener.

New info on ordering cd's from Virtual
We had a few hiccups with our last release on Virtual as it would appear paypal had not been informing us fully of orders placed via email so from today onwards all orders placed will receive a confirmation email directly from us when you place an order .If you do not receive a confirmation email of ordering within 24 hours of placing the order please email us direct at
sales@v-i-r-t-u-a-l-w-o-r-l-d.net
so we can check your order has been received.
We rely on paypal to notify us of all orders and 99% of the time they do but they do seem to on occasion fail to send a notification email when an order is placed.
We will also be checking orders via paypal aswell to cover this .
All orders are guaranteed and we send orders within 3 working days as a general rule and often the same day.

Thats about it for now news wise but just to let you know we have 3 more releases lined up for this year , another full length cd release is due out within 2/3 weeks so expect more news then.

I recently gave away everything except my double disc of Orchid, Sama & Lotus.
His other works/side projects have never connected with me on or off substances or different environments.
Good luck for this though, am sure it'll sell well

So much more relaxed than previous Ishq material.
Almost entirely drone-based - much more so than Elve, the Hillier material most similar to Skyspaces - with some wonderful field recordings. I was already in a good mood but this deepened the emotion into an empathic, relaxed, summery love and optimism.
Definitely recommended for all lovers of drone-based, positively charged ambient. |

Mine just arrived yesterday. Ordered less than an hour before you posted that you ordered. Sooo.... If not today for you, tomorrow? I'm assuming orders going to The States went out at the same time if they were ordered same day.
Now if I can find the time to unwrap it and and actually listen to it. :/
