This will really give people into their 'sub genres' something to think about. Most of its a load a crap though.

very opinionated, that ishkur.
also, he invented a few genres. i know its hard to sift threw the shit, but i think this site just complicates an already complicated matter.           The IsraTrance MySpace Group:

Its a fun site, but it's meant to be taken with a grain of salt - I think thats pretty evident in his style of writing also, I dont think he takes it too seriously. Either way, its fun, its interesting, and its neat to see how everything links up - but, its not the bible and its not set in stone, and almost anyone who follows a specific genre will find things to nit-pick on what he says about that genre.

If you /love/ psytrance and its the scene your into, your obviously going to find faults with his psytrance section.

Likewise, I love techno and minimal, and find alot of what he says about techno, espically minimal and 'deep' to be rather off the mark, but humours to read nonetheless.

the guide is popular. i would think he would "raise the standard" a little bit and try to make it less opinionated and go for a profesional output.

but ishkur's guide has been talked-to-death here. i'll shutup.           The IsraTrance MySpace Group:
